We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if you ever need to return it, we’re here to help.
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return your purchase. Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email with return instructions. This applies to models already available on the site. This does not apply to custom-made pieces.
To be accepted, the jewelry must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging, and must not have been worn or damaged. Personalized or engraved jewelry is not eligible for return, unless defective or different from what you ordered.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the jewelry and process the refund within 14 days. We will refund the full amount paid for the jewelry.
